We replaced predefined social networks and messengers in CRM Contacts with fully custom ones. You can click (+) to add a new entry (1) and (2). Type messenger type and enter a username (3). It works the same for social sites. When you type a messenger or social site name Freedcamp will auto-suggest from previously entered values as shown in (4).

We also noticed repeating requests to clear all CRM data as sometimes Contacts import does not work as expected so we added an option to clear Contacts/Leads to let you start over.

Just keep in mind that all linked CRM Tasks and Calls will also be deleted in this case.
