Manage System Updates
Our Manage System page received some enhancements to keep things simple and consistent. We’ve replaced the term ‘Members’ with ‘Users’. We’ve removed the terms “Group Admin” and use now “Project Group Administrators” throughout.
We’ve improved the feature allowing to set a user as a Guest in all of your projects from “Set as non-billable” to “Change role (globally)”. It can be used to adjust any user’s role throughout your projects. Our paid plans users can use this function now to set some of the team members not only as Guests but also as Read-Only users and all administrators can use this function to update role globally for a user to any role to control user’s permissions.
