We have added an extra option to the Manage System page which allows you to pull all projects you own with some handy information added such as:
– project group name
– project name
– project group owner
– project owner’s plan
– project created date
– project archived date
– list of project users
Simply click the cog wheel icon in the Manage System page (1) and select ‘Export projects’ (2).

Can there be a way that it also exports the last entered comment as well? Plus any start-end dates that might exist? And lastly, the status of the project?

Re: Last comment – probably does not makes sense – last comment in a task or discussion, file or wiki – what value it represents?
Re: status – how you define a project status?
Re: start end dates – sure we can add the first task start date and the last task due date (and tell if this task is overdue – add today’s date if not completed or the actual date when and if it was already completed’ but I would prefer we to improve our Reports to have it.

Is there a way to export ALL data from a project , including any files?
