  1. Disappointed October 15, 2018

I find it incredibly disappointing that any company would put account security behind a paywall. 2FA should be available to all your customers.

    • Hi,

I understand your disappointment. Each company makes own decision what features to release when and to what types of users. We are not Google or Apple (yet) to afford not to think about it at this very moment of time. To continue to provide minimal restrictions and most feature reach free plan with unlimited storage, users and projects we must generate revenues. Revenues are made by making paid plans attractive for companies to buy.

For comparison – check Wrike, Trello – all offer 2FA on Enterprise plans only. Trello – acquired by Atlassian for 500M+, Wrike raised 26M.

It is neither a policy nor a permanent decision for us.

      Thank you
      Igor

  2. Igor, I’ve used Trello in the past and they’ve offered two-factor authentication (via text msg) for a few years now…
