Previously you had to plan from earliest due date forward, but now you can also plan from last due date going backwards. If your source project’s latest milestone or task due date is set to 15 Jan 2016, and you know the new project needs to be completed by 25 Oct 2016, you can simply switch to plan from the latest due date and set it to 25th Oct 2016 and all other due dates will set accordingly.
