Additional information is added to the external calendars you are sharing via GSync or calendar export/import

With the recently added support for RSVP in Freedcamp events – we also prefixed an event based on your RSVP response with [Yes], [No], [Maybe] or [RSVP required] – if you were invited or haven’t responded yet.
