A reward for your opinion
Reviews are very important for a SaaS companies like ours. They help spread the word about our product, and offer potential users a clear view of what our strengths and weaknesses are so that they can make an informed decision.
However, we recently realized that even though we are currently one of the most popular project management tools, the number of reviews we have doesn’t really reflect that. So in order to encourage users to review us, we are running a limited time reward campaign. If you review us on G2 by the 1st of June, 2021 we will reward you with:
- 2-months of the Business plan(for current free users).
- $25 credits that will go towards your next bill(for current paying users).
There’s a link at the bottom of this post that will take you to our review page on G2, but before that let’s set some ground rules:
The review has to be honest
We really need to emphasize this: we do not want fake reviews. The goal is to get more reviews, not necessarily perfect ones. So please don’t think that the reward is conditioned in any way by the score you give us. We reward you for your time, not for how positive the review is. A 1/5 review will be just as eligible for a reward as a 5/5 review.
We want to know what Freedcamp means to you. What do you like and dislike about it? What impact has it had on your work? How does it compare to other tools you’ve used?
You need to have a LinkedIn account
To increase the credibility and trustworthiness of the reviews, G2.com requires that reviewers have a complete LinkedIn profile with a photo, connections, and a current employer listed. Your review may be rejected otherwise.
There’s a reward limit per team
The rewards do add up, but there are some limits. If a 20-person team gives us 20 reviews, they won’t get 20 rewards.
- For free users, the rewards are capped at 6-months of the Business plan per team.
- For paid users, the rewards are capped at $100 of credits per team.
Contact us to get the reward
After you post the review, your reward will not be automatically generated. You need to contact us at email@example.com and forward us the email from G2 that confirms your review is approved. Then we’ll apply the reward to your account within a week.
The 1st of June deadline is for submitting the review to G2, not for the approval email. It’s ok if you forward us the email in mid June, you’ll still receive the reward.
